"I started seeing Dr. Polansky in 2000 I believe and they call it I believe Keloid scarring which grows out of its boundart instead of like you know some peoples scars are white and this is like pink and very thick and very tender to touch. Then in the arch of my foot, it is really hard to get it under control because all of its weight and stuff, but Dr. Polansky would inject it. Dr. Polansky would wrap it in a wet cast for three solid years every week and he gave me medication, orthotics, I have braces to put pressure on it to try to shrink it within my skin and I had stepped on a piece of glass when I was sixteen and then I reinjured it in ’94 and I just didn’t want no more surgery because I had already had eight and it just gets bigger and bigger. He had come up with this treatment, Dr. Polansky came up with this treatment to try to shrink it without surgery, which he’s done."

"I came to Dr. Polansky back in 2005 and I was having pain in my left foot and we tried two different procedures, he tried the foot inserts first and that helped out a great deal, but it didn’t totally get rid of the problem. We used the night splint and that helped somewhat too. It still didn’t get rid of the problem so we decided to go ahead and have the surgery in 2006. He built me a new arch and not it’s so much better. I was having pain in my foot anytime I walked and periodically throughout the day and now basically I am pain free. "Originally I came to Dr. Swan because I had an ulceration on my right big toe that would not heal, so Dr. Swan treated that in an effort to try to get it to heel on its own. Unfortunately, I ended up having surgery about 18 months ago which I recovered from very well. "Several years ago, I woke up one morning and experiencing just excruciating pain in both of my heels. It literally felt like there was a knife jammed up in my heels, I could barely walk and I remember vividly because it was the day before Thanksgiving. I called Trina here at the Huber Heights office at about 8 o’ clock in the morning and I said oh my God I think I might have fractured my feet, I’ve been exercising a lot, I’ve been on the treadmill and I can’t even walk and in my job as a salesperson, obviously I wear a lot of high heels and I though, oh my gosh I’m not going to be able to walk, I’m not going to be able to do anything. So fortunately, Trina got me in at 8:30 that morning and Dr. Polansky assured me that my feet were not broken, that it was actually plantar fasciitis and actually I think I recall his exact words were “Sandy, you have plantar fasciitis the size of the state of Las Vegas, Nevada” and I went in at that particular visit and he gave me a steroid injection in both of the heels, of course they numbed it first and they proceeded for the next eight weeks for me to come in for weekly steroid injections and put a walking cast on both of my feet because I told Dr. Polansky I didn’t want to be off work, I wanted to be able to work, what could be we do to give me the best relief in the shortest amount of time period that I could work and he assured me that I would not leave the office that day until my pain was significantly reduced and I am happy to say that two sets or orthotics later, I haven’t had any pain in the plantar fasciitis and I have been wearing my orthotics in both my tennis shoes as well as my pumps or high heels for ladies and thanks to Dr. Polansky, Dr. Jones and Dr. Swan, they’ve done a great job not only with me but with my son as well with some toe issues that he has had."

"Diabetes has caused neuropathy, which is a deadening of the nerve endings and they become very sensitive to the air. I was a barefooted person and I started to have to wear socks and I really should have been wearing shoes but I wore socks. Dr. Polansky, I started coming to him and he gave me meds, he checks my feet regular. He checks the pulse, they do a test then also that checks the nerve damages and he does that on a regular basis. It’s more widespread than just every office call comes every few months. Dr. Polansky has helped them when I have had an ulcer or anything. Dr. Polansky comes in and checks it every time to make sure there is nothing going on like any redness or anything like that, checks my feet also which is good I feel. They cut my toenails and I feel like I’m really in good care there because I know as a diabetic you need that checked, they couldn’t be any kinder."

"Well the problems were when I developed the diabetes I was doing stuff to my nails and stuff that I shouldn’t have been and being diabetic, they didn’t want me to do that and suggested I see a foot doctor and I came to Dr. Polansky, who was referred as being very good which he is very good at what he does and knows all about what he’s talking about he don’t have to second guess anything and he’s helped me really helped me with a lot of testing and my legs and feet have been swollen at times and now I am wearing compression hose and Dr. Polansky has just been real good and helping me and of course I’ve really put faith and trust in him and he’s just really good and surely helped me and like I said I had the diabetic situation since about 14 years a little over and I feel as though I had places on my legs and being diabetic, it is harder to heal up and he gave the right prescriptions and the right medications and the ointments and whatever he needed to heal them up and I’m healed up thank the Lord and Dr. Polansky that’s healed up and I’m not having any more problems with that and I am wearing the compression hose now and just really been grateful that I have association with Dr. Polansky."

"I had had this fungus in my toes for about 20 years and it just kept getting worse my toenails raised I had ingrown toenails and I couldn’t wear shoes, I couldn’t wear my heels and finally I came to Dr. Polansky and he took all the toenails off my left foot and that went so well that I asked him how soon he could do the right foot. He did the right foot and it heeled and I had no more pain in my toes and last Sunday, I wore my heels to church for the first time in about five years."

I was gimping around, I had a whole laundry list of problems and because of him he has done, well two what I consider complete foot rebuilds and my husband and I have a better quality of life. We are able to do ballroom dancing which we did long before the Dancing with the Stars, but because of my foot pain, we were not able to do that, but were back at it and it’s the entire staff. "I’m a diabetic and my diabetic doctor, he referred me to Dr. Polansky and he decided then that they would do the wrap for me and his girls have been great and the wrap, I couldn’t believe it has shrunk my one leg since I’ve had open heart surgery, that leg would swell so bad that it would seep and Dr. Polansky’s wrap has brought it down to where I have a leg again, it matches the other leg, in fact it’s even thinner than the other leg and Dr. Polansky has been wonderful, I go in every week once a week and the girls, they change it and it starts out then with the gauze with the I don’t know what it’s called but it’s like a plaster paris that hardens and then they put the ace bandage on it and it even makes my feet feel better and I couldn’t say enough to praise them because of how kind they are, they treat me like I am just one of the family. Dr. Polansky comes in and checks it every time to make sure there is nothing going on like any redness or anything like that, checks my feet also which is good I feel. They cut my toenails and I feel like I’m really in good care there because I know as a diabetic you need that checked, they couldn’t be any kinder."

"About two and a half years ago, I broke my foot and when I broke my foot, I didn’t realize it. "Well I started having a foot problem in 2001, visited several different doctors, a orthopedic doctor as well as a podiatrist, had two different surgeries. It started with a neuroma and I you know after a few years went by, my foot continued to deteriorate and give me problems and I heard about Dr. Polansky by a friend who worked with him and she was very complementary of him, explained to me how detailed he was, how particular he was about his patients, so I came to visit him and I was very impressed with his staff and how he explained my problem and he told me 99% he could fix my foot, so I thought that it was a pretty good percentage, so I thought well, let’s give it a try so he explained what needed to be done, we planned it and we went through it and I ended up being in a cast for eight weeks and I was so pleased that every Wednesday I would come here and they would change my cast, let me wash my leg and my foot and I really appreciated all the kindness and the support that the staff showed here and I felt like Dr. Polansky was very attentive to me, I didn’t feel that he was in a hurry, he gave me all the attention I needed when I came for my appointments and as I continue with my recovery, I will continue to come here and I have another problem with my other foot, so I guess I am going to keep coming here."

"I first started coming to Dr. Polansky about a year and a half ago for pain in my left foot and it was discovered that I had two neuromas and I had a very tiny bone in my foot that was problematic, ultimately, we discovered that it was cracked.
